We are a creative production company focused on visual storytelling – from idea and concept development to filming, editing and delivery.

1. Privacy & Cookies

When you contact us through our website, we collect only the data you provide – typically your email address and, optionally, your company name. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

We use cookies to improve the functionality and performance of our site. These may include anonymous analytics tools provided by Squarespace (our hosting platform). By using our site, you accept our use of cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

We do not send out newsletters, nor do we collect data for marketing purposes.

2. Use of Freelancers and Subcontractors

We occasionally work with trusted freelancers (e.g. cinematographers, colorists, sound designers). In some cases, they may handle project data (e.g. footage or edits). All collaborators are obligated to handle material responsibly.

3. Data and File Storage

Project-related materials (scripts, footage, edits) are stored securely via Dropbox. Dropbox complies with EU GDPR regulations and uses encrypted, secure servers.

We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon.

4. Rights and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 2n2 retains copyright to the material we produce and grants you (the client) the right to use the final content for the agreed purposes (e.g. website, social media, internal use).

We reserve the right to showcase selected work in our portfolio or on our website. If you wish to opt out, just let us know.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, as well as to have it corrected or deleted. Simply write to us at: contact@2n2.dk.

6. Terms of Collaboration

By entering into a collaboration with us, you agree to our general terms, including:

- Payment according to the agreed schedule

- Cancellation fees may apply if a project is cancelled close to a shoot date

- You are responsible for ensuring any material you supply (e.g. logos, footage, music) is free of third-party rights
